Thyme is a recipe app for iPhone, made by Thyme Mobile, LLC. By downloading or using Thyme, you agree to these terms.

The app

Thyme is provided as is. You may use it to save, organize, and cook your own recipes for personal, non-commercial use. Recipes you import from third parties remain the property of their creators; Thyme is a tool for saving them to your personal collection, the same way a browser or bookmark saves a page.

Thyme Pro

Thyme is free to use with a limit of 200 saved recipes. Thyme Pro removes that limit and is available as an annual auto-renewable subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase.

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple Account. An annual subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel a subscription anytime in your device's App Store settings. The lifetime option is a single purchase and does not renew.

Everything you save stays yours whether or not you subscribe. Your saved recipes are never locked or deleted if a subscription lapses.

Your content

Recipes, notes, and photos you add live on your device and, if you enable iCloud, in your private iCloud storage. We do not access, collect, or store your content. You are responsible for your own backups; Profile includes an Export Cookbook feature for this purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thyme Mobile, LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including any loss of data. Cooking involves inherent risks; follow safe food-handling practices.

Changes

We may update these terms; the current version always lives at this address. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
